Please join the planning process as we imagine and create a new park for a historic neighborhood in Trenton. We hope to convert two city lots in the Ewing-Carroll neighborhood into a vibrant park, shaped through ongoing conversations with this community, and honoring Harlan Bruce Joseph (1949-1968) who lived on Carroll Street.
